ESS is an Employer Agent with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and can facilitate E-Verify cases through its technology platform. This can also be used in conjunction with ESS's Electronic i-9 service.
Pre-Adverse Action Letter
The ESS Web Application System has the ability to create a pre-adverse action letter that will auto-populate the candidate's information allowing clients to quickly submit copies of the consumer report and pre-adverse letter to the candidate. The letter describes the process of reviewing the report and to call ESS with any disputes. An adverse action letter can be created after the allotted amount of time. There is no charge for letters created through the Web Application System.
