Quick Guide: How to Mass Print Reports
Mass printing reports can help you save time and systematically export your screening reports for you own data retention needs.
Step 1: Access your reports from the Completed bin, or query a set of reports using the Advanced Search Option. Advanced Search will allow you to query a set of reports by date range, location, user, package, etc.
Step 2: Once you have the reports queried, you can single select, multi-select or check all in the print column. Note: mark View All in the bottom left corner to see all reports vs 8 reports at a time.
Step 3: Once your reports are selected, click the printer icon at the top of the column. You will then be prompted with your print window to determine how you would like to print the selected reports. You can physically print, or print to PDF. Note: The PDF option will create 1 PDF containing all queried reports in sequence.
