Q: How can I get my consumer reports from my legacy platform?
A: There are two ways to access these:
- Login to the legacy GHRR portal here: Legacy Login for retrieval
- Here, you may download all file:
- Navigate to Advanced Search under Reports on the top of your page. No need to add criteria just click Search.
- All available orders will display. Click the checkbox in the blue header bar to select all orders.
- Click Print Reports will open selected reports into one PDF to save.
- NOTE: This will download all on that result page. This defaults to 15 but can be expanded to 200 reports at once using the dropdown at the bottom of the page. Be sure you are Printing all the reports on each page.
- Here, you may download all file:
- We can extract your data from the legacy platform and send it to you via a Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP). If so, please send an email to migrations@ghrr.com
- There is a minimum fee of $500 to follow this process
- We’ll contact you with instructions after you have started using the new system
- Be prepared to: complete a chain of custody form, pay a fee for services, accept and download files
Please note: In the GHRR upgraded system, we only retain our consumer files for a period of three years. If you are using CSS, we only retain our consumer files for a period of five years. As a file ages past three or five years, respectively, we permanently delete it. If you want copies of your historical consumer reports, we strongly recommend you download them at the time of migration.
